Orange Section Member, Susan Harden, AICP, Selected for AICP College of Fellows

Updated: Apr 7, 2022

Every two years the American Institute of Certified Planners invites nominations for Election into the College of Fellows. This is one of the highest honors that the American Institute of Certified Planners bestows upon a member. On February 16, 2018, the APA California Chapter was notified that all of their nominees were selected to be inducted into the College of Fellows at the National Planning Conference in April in New Orleans.

Michael Baker’s National Planning and Architecture Lead and Orange Section member, Susan Harden, AICP, LEED AP, CNU-A, CMSM, has been elected to the College of Fellows of AICP by the American Planning Association. Fellows of AICP are honored in recognition of the achievements of the planner as an individual, elevating the Fellow before the public, and the profession, as a model planner who has made significant contributions to planning and society. Fellowship is granted to planners who have been members of AICP and have achieved excellence in professional practice, teaching and mentoring, research, public and community service, and leadership.

All 2018 Fellows will be inducted at the Fellows of AICP Induction Ceremony, in April, at the 2018 APA National Planning Conference (NPC18) in New Orleans.

On behalf of California APA – Orange Section, we would like to congratulate Susan on such an amazing and well deserved accomplishment!
